  • Final Sale: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations accepted.
     

  • Order Changes: We cannot accommodate cover style changes, cancellations, exchanges, or any changes to name, shipping, or billing information post-order. Unauthorized returns will not receive a refund or credit.
     

  • Combining Orders: We cannot combine or split orders, add discount codes or products, or correct shipping addresses after checkout.
     

Order Assistance
 
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us with your name, order number, issue description, and a photo of the damage. We cannot process exchanges if the product has been used or mishandled.
     

  • Retailer Purchases: For items purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for resolution.
     

Shipping Prices
 
  • Charges: Shipping and processing charges cover order handling, packing, and delivery. Rates are based on carrier rates and vary by product and destination. To determine specific shipping costs, add items to your cart and calculate shipping rates.
     

Order Processing
 
  • Processing Time: Noted in product descriptions. In-stock items typically ship within 2-4 business days (M-F). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the package ships.
     

Order Packaging
 
  • Packaging: Products are packaged with essential materials to ensure quick processing. Each planner is wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a white storage box, and then in a mint green shipping box for protection.
     

Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails
 
  • Confirmation Emails: You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once shipped. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see these emails. Contact us if you suspect an error in your email address.
     

Order Shipment
 
  • Shipping Address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We cannot correct addresses post-checkout. Contact the carrier for delivery details using the provided tracking number.

    • Package Intercept: If you need to redirect your package, use the USPS Package Intercept program for a fee. Contact USPS for more information.
       

  • Returned Packages: If your package is returned due to an invalid address, we can reship to an updated address at your expense.

  • Damaged/Lost Shipments: If the carrier damages or loses your shipment, we will help you file a claim and initiate a replacement.
     

Estimated Delivery
 
  • Delivery Time: Carriers provide estimated delivery dates based on travel distance and current volume. U.S. shipments typically take 2-4 business days from when the carrier receives the package. Check your tracking number for updates.
     

Non-Refundable Shipping
 
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
